A next provision states that “a justice should disqualify himself or herself in the continuing during which the justice’s impartiality could possibly fairly be questioned, that is, wherever an unbiased and reasonable individual who is conscious of all pertinent situation would doubt that the justice could relatively discharge his or her duties.
